Come As You Are. Stay Until You're Seen

A Gentle Reflection on Slowing Down and Self-Compassion

Slowing Down

“On the Days That Feel Like Fog”
(a short piece)

Some days don’t ask for progress.
They ask for presence.

To sit with the ache.
To watch the light shift on your wall.
To let your coffee go cold because your thoughts needed the time.

Not every day needs fixing.
Some just need witnessing.

If today is one of those foggy days —
you’re not behind.
You’re just here.
And that’s enough.
